The Infinite Running Foundation

was started in 2010 to bridge the gap for schools that are constantly undergoing budget cuts in the areas of sports and physical fitness. While the epidemic of childhood obesity continues to grow, school programs that encourage fitness programs are being cut out of education budgets.

In addition to providing financial and volunteer support to existing youth running and fitness programs, The Infinite Running Foundation is now providing an after school program designed to train students to run a 1K, 1 mile or a 5K race. Through our network of professional coaches/trainers and our volunteers, we have designed and a safe and fun program that can accommodate a number of students in San Diego County.

Our innovative after school program, Go Run and Play, teaches students how fun and easy it is to be physically active! Students play toward achieving physical activity goals while also learning the fundamentals of how to properly perform activities. Combining confidence, self-esteem, and character building with healthy nutrition messages, this program teaches students how to lead healthy, active lives before, during, and after the school day.
